- I%3/4, cup, evaporated milk
- I%1/2, cup, cracker crumbs
- I%1/4, cup, catsup
- I%5, T., onion, chopped
- I%1 1/2, tsp., salt
- I%1/4, tsp., pepper
- I%4, cups, potatoes, raw and thinly sliced
- I%2, tsp, parsley flakes

- R% Combine meat, milk, crumbs, catsup, onion (use 4 T. of onion
- R%here), 1 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp pepper; mix well.

- R% Arrange potatoes and remaining onions in a greased 2 quart
- R%casserole. Sprinkle with remining salt, pepper, and the parsley.

- R% Spread meat mixture evenly over the potatoes. Decorate with more
- R%catsup if desired.

- R% Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour, or until the
- R%potatoes are cooked.
